Your Complete Design Questionnaire

Your Strawberry House design begins here.

Thank you for choosing Strawberry House. This questionnaire gives us the information we need to understand your ideas, style and priorities before we begin creating your design.

Take your time and tell us as much as you can. You don't need to have everything figured out, (that's what we're here for).

Please use the same email address you used when placing your order so we can match your questionnaire to your purchase.
