The Vision — Proposal & Engagement Questionnaire

Your Strawberry House design begins here.

Thank you for choosing Strawberry House. This questionnaire helps us understand your ideas, the person you're celebrating and the atmosphere you'd love to create.

Whether you're planning a surprise proposal or celebrating an engagement, tell us as much as you can. You don't need to have everything figured out, that's what we're here for.

Please use the same email address you used when placing your order so we can match your questionnaire to your purchase.
